NUTRITION AT A DIFFERENT LEVEL

I want to share some of my story with you, after having a gastric bypass years ago, my body was in extreme deficiency of vitamins and minerals even though I had taken special products for bariatric patients. Then, with the amount of stress from work and home (I ran away from my husband due to domestic violence). So, I was working full time, college student full time, and single mother of 3 small children, my body collapsed, my body developed Lupus Erythematosus. I have spend many many days in bed, without being able to move much or get up.

Too many times I missed work, missed college, missed being with my little ones, it was a miserable life. My spirit wanted to move but my body would not follow. Then, on the days when I felt good, I wanted to eat the entire world. However, I never knew how the next day would be, I only planned and learn to have compassion with myself when I had to cancel plans, events, etc. Until, June 2023, when during a trip to Spain, I met my mentor, Mrs. Sandra Aleans (same first name as me!), an immigrant from Colombia who have been in Spain for many years. I was a speaker at a non-profit event and Ms. Sandra was in the audience. After the event she looked for me and we talk and she introduced me to Fit Line, at first I was skeptical, I have taken many many supplements through my life and specially after my bariatric surgery. She assured me that this is different and she was right.

After a few weeks of taking them in a constant basis I was able to work out, started by walking and even ran!
